Our main vessel for fermenting are assorted size Mason Jars

We ferment Kombucha, Water Kefir, Ginger Ale, and Rejuvelac, as our beverages.

The Kombucha we sell, in a limited quantity.
The other drinks are limited to Class Participation.

We ferment Fruits and Vegetables, and also Saurkeraut and Kimchee.
Sauerkraut and Kimchee, we have for sale, and the others are limited to Class Participation.
